My interests in the outside world has been a singular passion from day one as a kid. I went to Purdue University and they taught me a whole array of technical and ecological information to go along with it. From there, it was an obvious career path to end up at an environmental company in Indianapolis.

There are a whole host of reasons of why to protect wetlands and prairies and to use natives in landscaping and so on....

But photography of wildlife or a simple wildflower, shows something special outside of textbooks and research papers. It showcases, without any words, the wild & natural world's own grace.

It has its own purpose. It has its own beauty.
